15 minute cool down

1:30 LI brick (0:45 bike-0:45 run)

Friday:
Run to weight room
Strength
Run home

Saturday:
15 minute L1 road bike
45 minute sub-threshold 
15 minute L1 road bike

Sunday:
2:00 L1 road bike
