I promised that if my little brother lived through his wreck that i would do my part to raise awareness about helmets. I'm glad to report that he made it in relatively good shape. Without his helmet, he never would have walked out of that ditch. I want to take this chance to remind everyone to wear their helmets every time no matter what. Even if you are just going for a ride across town, a rollerski on the greenbelt or a 45 M.P.H. descent down Rogder's Canyon, wear your brain buckets. Without a helmet, i would no longer have my brother. Please remember to wear your helmets next time you get on rollerskis or a bike. Its not a choice, just do it.

P.S. Aside from some pretty bad road rash and a few cracked ribs my brother will live to see another day. Please please please wear your helmets
